Alex Fon Sing
Founder of Fon Sing Brothers and Chairman of Jade Group, Alex’s real estate career spans over 40 years. He has dedicated the last 20 years of his life working with charities in Mauritius, primarily focused on helping underprivileged children through high school and university.
Alex Fon Sing has been one of the earliest proponents of early education in Mauritius.

Dean Lo Seen Chong
Dean is a Strategy Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting in the U.K. and is passionate about ending generational poverty.
He has studied and applied the works of Abhijit Banerjee and Esther Duflo in trying to find the most effective way to combat poverty. He was previously the Treasurer of ELI Africa, a New Haven based educational charity working in Mauritius. He also has experience fundraising for multiple charities on the island.
Dean is an advocate for a more targeted and conscious form of charity, bringing the seriousness and intensity of the corporate world to solve the greatest societal problems of today. -
Kate Fon Sing
Kate is currently a student at Durham University and is an advocate for long-term continual support in the charity sector.
She has experience volunteering with numerous non-profits in aid of young underprivileged children including L’Association des Amis de Don Bosco and SOS Village amongst others. Having seen first hand the often superfluous, albeit well-meaning nature of aid from third parties, she now seeks to create a more meaningful impact through a more regular and sustained relationship with charitable organisations.

Tommy Lo Seen Chong
Tommy is the co-founder of Intercontinental Trust. He is also a board member of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and of the Cape Town Stock Exchange.
Tommy is focused on ensuring that charities are adequately structured and have the right oversight in order to have long term impact on the educational sector in Mauritius
